Operating model

Six fronts. A single cultural structure.

From conception to documentation, JA Produções integrates cultural production, technology, circulation, audiovisual, communication and territorial impact to turn projects into structures capable of growing and lasting.

We do not deliver disconnected stages. We organize cultural ecosystems.

Integrated action

A cultural project does not end on stage.

Each initiative may require planning, fundraising, production, communication, technology, documentation, circulation and measurement.

At JA Produções, these stages are not treated as independent services. They are articulated in a single structure, adapted to the needs of each project, institution, artist or territory.

The result is work capable of combining artistic execution, institutional organization, memory, reach and continuity.

Strategic architecture

Four axes guide all of the work.

The axes define how JA connects territorial base, organization, projection and memory in its projects. Operational fronts are the areas through which that architecture is executed.

01

Territory

Base of cultural, formative and institutional work. It connects artists, communities, public policies, sustainability, creative economy and regional development.

02

Technology

Organizes processes, data, registrations, evaluations, communication and operations through digital tools applied to cultural management.

Core

Integrated cultural structure

A territorial base connected to technology, circulation, documentation and continuity.

03

Circulation

Expands the presence of artists and projects in festivals, creative markets, exchanges, national networks and international connections.

04

Audiovisual and documentation

Turns cultural actions into memory, documentation, content, dissemination and audiovisual heritage.

The same project may mobilize several fronts at once, without treating the axes as competing classifications.

Operational fronts

Where strategy turns into action.

Each front has its own competencies, but may be combined with other areas according to the project’s objectives.

Proven track record

A project can activate several fronts at the same time.
