Cooperation with a purpose

Institutional relations need to generate real conditions for execution.

Cultural projects depend on different competencies, resources, territories and responsibilities.

An institution may take part as sponsor, host, supporter, technical partner, university, dissemination platform or territorial organization.

These roles are not equivalent and must be presented according to the instrument and period of each relationship. JA organizes its cooperations around the project’s objective, each party’s responsibilities and the deliverables actually assumed.

Every proposal will be assessed for fit, project stage, responsibilities, resources, schedule, documentation, viability, data protection and trademark use. There is no promise of acceptance or generic quotas on this page.

Institutional responsibility

Every cooperation needs to communicate correctly each organization’s role.

  • Correct credits

    Differentiate production, co-production, presentation, sponsorship, support, partnership and mechanism.

  • Authorized use of brands

    Apply logos only on materials, periods and formats provided — and only with an authorized official file.

  • Approvals

    Define which communications require institutional validation.

  • Documentation

    Organize contracts, assets, reports, deliverables, links and evidence.

  • Status update

    Remove or update links when the period or relationship ends. A brand does not remain on this page as a current partner merely for having taken part in an older project.

In this version of the site, third-party logos are not published on a wall: there are no authorized official files in assets/ for safe application. The network is presented textually and editorially.
