Technology for cultural management

festON.

A platform created to organize festival operations.

festON is born from JA Produções’ hands-on experience to integrate processes such as registrations, evaluations, communication, programming and reports in the same digital environment.

Product in development

Technology born from the operation

The product began with a practical question.

How to organize a complex cultural operation without relying on information scattered across spreadsheets, emails, messages and independent documents?

JA Produções’ experience producing festivals showed that registrations, documents, evaluations, communication, programming and reports need to remain related to the same event.

festON was conceived from that need: turning cultural production learnings into a dedicated tool for the reality of festivals.

  1. First came the operation.
  2. Then the problem was understood.
  3. Then technology began to be structured.

The operational experience of Dança Carajás highlighted the difficulty of organizing registrations, documents, evaluations, communication and data in separate tools. That learning contributed to the conception of festON. It is not claimed that the 2023 edition was fully managed by the system.

Operational problem

When each stage is in a different tool, the team loses sight of the whole.

  • Scattered information

Data spread across forms, spreadsheets, emails, messages and files.

  • Rework

Manual checking, repeated registrations, parallel updating and later consolidation.

  • Risk of inconsistency

Duplicate information, different versions and difficulty tracking changes.

  • Limited visibility

Difficulty understanding the stage of registrations, evaluations, programming and results.

Fragmentation does not only hurt team speed. It also affects memory, transparency, decision-making and the ability to produce reliable reports.

Percentages of reduction in time, cost or errors are not claimed without a documented comparative study.

A connected operation

Centralize processes to better understand the event.

festON’s proposal is to relate information produced at different stages of the operation, allowing the organization to monitor the event in a more structured way.

  1. Organize

Bring together data and stages linked to the same event.

  2. Standardize

Create consistent flows, criteria and information.

  3. Follow up

View the status of the different stages of the operation.

  4. Record

Preserve the history generated during the event.

  5. Analyze

Turn operational records into applicable reports and indicators.

festON should not merely digitize a spreadsheet. It needs to relate processes that previously worked separately.

Platform areas

Processes that can share the same information base.

The areas below are part of the institutional proposal for festON. Without captures, a public environment, or current technical documentation available for publication on this site, none of them is marked as available for use.

  • Events

General information, categories, schedule, rules and configurations linked to the operation.

    In development
  • Registrations

Forms, participants, groups, works, documents, status and pending items.

Information suited to each role

Different users need to see different parts of the operation.

The profiles below describe the product’s organization proposal. Granular permissions, special authentication and access auditing are not affirmed without technical confirmation.

  • Organization

Configuration, monitoring, decisions, reports and user management.

  • Operations team

Verification, support, updates and follow-up of stages.

  • Juror or evaluator

Access to content and criteria linked to your evaluation.

  • Participant

Submission of information, documents and follow-up of available guidelines.

Information for management

The event generates data throughout the operation.

When information remains related, the team can consolidate records with less dependence on parallel checks.

Reports need to reflect real event data, with clear definitions and a relationship to the organization’s objectives. The platform can support information organization, but official accountability reporting, fiscal documentation or audit requirements depend on the instruments applicable to each project.

  • Participation

Registrations, groups, participants, categories or works, according to the event structure.

  • Process

Status of stages, pending items, evaluations and operational follow-up.

  • Programming

Linked activities, schedules, spaces and participants.

  • Results

Consolidation of evaluations and information defined by the organization.

Charts, efficiency percentages, ROI or impact metrics are not published without real data.

The platform in use

An interface built around cultural operations.

Official festON logo on a black background

There are no web-ready captures of the current interface in assets/img/. Mockups from pages 16 to 18 of the Institutional Portfolio 2026 and fictional screens are not used as proof of features. When authorized, anonymized captures exist, this section will present the product’s real operation.

Offer structure

How festON can be made available.

Model under development

There are no current public commercial plans on this page

The Institutional Portfolio 2026 presents festON as a B2B SaaS platform thesis, with recurring subscription, scalable plans, and premium modules. There is no public confirmation on this site of availability, active clients, prices, contracts, commercial terms, or consolidated commercial operation.

Deployment and fit will be analyzed according to operation size, volume and complexity once the contracting model is defined.

Prices, free plan, free trial, monthly/annual subscription or cancellation without a current policy are not published.

Responsible data management

Cultural operations also involve personal information.

Treatment according to each deployment

Registrations and selection processes may involve participant data, documents, contacts and evaluation information.

Data processing must follow the instruments applicable to each deployment. A public Privacy Policy or Terms of Use for festON are not published on this site, nor is documentation that would allow claiming full LGPD compliance, end-to-end encryption, certifications, or guaranteed availability.

Integrated cultural technology

festON is born from production and returns to operations.

  • Cultural production

Knowledge of the operation guides the flows and the information required.

  • Cultural marketing

Programming, participants and updates can support organized communication.

  • Territorial impact

Data can support indicators, provided there is an adequate methodology.

  • Dança Carajás

Festival experience helped identify the problem that originated the platform.

  • Cultural technology

festON is the main technological application developed by JA.

What can already be verified

Differentiate origin, development, use and result.

  • Problem origin

Operational learning from Dança Carajás Festival, documented on the approved institutional pages.

  • Public functional product

Not proven in the public sources available on this site — without captures, a confirmed official domain, or a demonstrable environment.

  • Pilots and clients

No pilot, paying client or number of events published as system use.

  • Market

festON may have been presented in market contexts, including in relation to MICBR 2025 interlocutors such as Banco do Nordeste Cultural. A presentation or proposal does not equal hiring, adoption or a confirmed pilot.

Responsible development

Grow from what the operation actually requires.

The product architecture was conceived with potential for adaptation to different operations, but its expansion depends on validation, deployment and commercial development.

  • Consolidation

Maturing of the essential registration, evaluation and reporting flows.

  • Experience

Improving the experience for different user profiles.

  • Validation

Tests in real operations, when there is adequate scope and conditions.

  • Model

Organization of the deployment model and commercial maturation.

National leadership, thousands of events, immediate Latin American expansion or advanced artificial intelligence are not promised.

Frequently asked questions

Answers according to the current stage.

Is festON already available?

The product is under development. There is no public confirmation on this site of access, a permanent online demonstration, or contracting with active plans.

Does the platform serve only dance festivals?

The product’s origin lies in dance festival operations, especially from Dança Carajás. The institutional proposal also contemplates other high-complexity creative events, without claiming current adoption in those contexts.

Is it possible to request a demonstration?

Organizations may present their cultural operation to JA Produções. The possibility of a demonstration, pilot or technical conversation depends on the product stage, scope and team availability.

Does the platform have plans and prices?

No current public commercial plans are published on this page. The contracting model is still being structured.

Is it possible to customize the system?

Any adaptation depends on resources available in the product and prior analysis. There is no promise of unlimited customization or included on-demand development.

How is data handled?

Processing must follow the instruments applicable to each deployment. A public Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for festON are not published on this site.

Does the system replace the entire production team?

No. Technology organizes processes and information, but the operation still depends on planning, rules and responsible professionals.

Technology and cultural operation

Which process in your festival needs better organization?

Present the context, tools used, users and current difficulties. This information helps understand the sector’s real needs and festON’s possible fit.
